Cancellation
Delivery
Orders are processed at 9am the following working day from the day the order is placed on the website. Should you wish to cancel or amend your order please call us on 0845 271 1950 within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been despatched we can cancel or amend your order prior to being sent.
Orders will normally be delivered within 14 days (or 14 days from acceptance of artwork for business customers only). All parcels are sent via Royal Mail or our Courier DPD. If ordered after 5.00pm on a Friday, 14 days from download on the following Monday morning. Non stocked Warwickshire College orders will normally be despatched within 28 days.Items ordered at orchardclothing.co.uk must be sent to a UK address.
Although we try to keep every product line in stock in our warehouse, we can occasionally run out if we have unusually high demand within a short space of time. In order to keep our prices low, we usually ship your order once it is completed.
If there are any significant problems with stock for your order, we will notify you by email. In the event that your parcel has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us on 0845 271 1950 and we will begin our missing parcels procedure.Returns Instructions
If for any reason you are unhappy with an item that you have purchased from us, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.
Although we are more than happy to exchange items due to being bought in the incorrect size we are unable to reimburse postage costs for these types of exchanges as sizing samples are available in most schools we supply and are available for pupils to try on before purchase.
No responsibility will be taken for items returned to us by any method other than Recorded or Signed For delivery.
If you require a replacement item, we suggest that you make a separate order online since this will ensure the fastest delivery time.
To enable us to handle your return as quickly as possible, please follow the simple instructions below:
Return the item along with the delivery slip giving the reason for the return. If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for the return and include your order number. Please also include your email address.

PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit card payments via Sage Pay secure online card processing service. We also accept payment via the telephone for credit and debit cards. Personal and company cheques are also accepted in the name of Orchard Clothing. Please note that no order will be dispatched for shipping until it is paid for in full. Also note that due to technical reasons payment for all orders is taken in full at time of ordering and that although we endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible, payment is always taken in advance of this.
